Stefan is Chief Technical Officer

Stefan Gerstenmeyer has almost 3 decades of experience in the elevator industry. His expertise spans the research and development of group and dispatcher algorithms, elevator traffic simulation, traffic analysis, and advanced traffic control systems for multi-car elevator configurations (TWIN®, MULTI® at TKE).

After an extensive career as a software developer, Stefan advanced to senior leadership positions at TK Elevator, where he spearheaded global initiatives in traffic and group control systems.

He later oversaw software development and testing teams focused on surgical systems within the medical device industry.

Stefan holds a degree in Information Technology and earned a PhD in Engineering, during which he conducted specialized research in vertical transportation.
