Cordelia has been part of the Peters Research team since 2021 and works closely with the Management Team to support the company's continued growth and development. Her role focuses on improving how the organisation works by researching emerging business technologies, developing efficient processes, and ensuring knowledge is retained as the business grows.

Cordelia works across multiple areas of the business - including finance, marketing, conferences, publications and digital communications - to streamline workflows and ensure key organisational knowledge is clearly documented. She also researches the application of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies to identify new ways of improving business processes and organisational efficiency. Her research combines analytical thinking with practical solutions to support the long-term success of Peters Research.

Alongside her organisational development work, Cordelia plays an active role in organising the annual Lift & Escalator Symposium, where she coordinates administrative processes, proofs technical papers and develops documentation to streamline the delivery of the event each year. She is also the Editorial Assistant for Lift Industry News, producing the monthly newsletter and creating bespoke website content that supports the publication.
